XP Solutions Ltd secures additional capital in a private equity funding
June 2005 (Sofia, Bulgaria) -- XP Solutions Ltd is proad to announce that it has recently closed a private funding deal securing additional capital in an effort to preserve its uniqness and leading role as a web consulting and development IT company.
Financial details were not disclosed, however private investors from both sides of the atlantic have taken an advantage of becoming leading investors in the company. The company's focus now shifts from general web consultancy and outsourcing structure to an in-house IT department of several large-scale web properties, and companies behind, based in the United States. Our in-house operations now account 80% toward 20% on average in behalf of external clients.
